They have always been friendly and quick to resolve any issue that I have brought to them. The maintenance team get things done fast and professionally. The best apartment experience I've ever had.

|Recommended: YesFirst Week — From the first day I walked in to the office with my friend Billy and met Melissa, I felt this is what I've been looking for. The office so clean, the attitude from Melissa on explaining all the details and working with me to execute all the paper work needed, was just so easy. Melissa gave me the tour around the complex and she didn't rush the tour and was very detailed on all amenities they have to offer.
When I picked up my keys a few days later, I spoke with Justin and he was very presentable and he just picked up from where Melissa left off. He handed my keys and I was on my way to move in. Having to move from ATX to S.A., it took me 2 days to completely move in and since then, it's been all smooth and quiet. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Melissa and Justin and the rest of the staff.

|Recommended: NoInfested With Pests — We hadn't even been here for three days before we found mouse droppings in cabinets and have already experienced over 5 roaches, including seeing them running on the ground between buildings. We have only lived here for about 10 days, having been out of town for 5 of those days without even unpacking, so there's no possibility it is of our own neglect or cause seeing as we've never had pest issues prior to this and keep our belongings and living area very clean. It's incredibly alarming and frankly gross considering we have a newborn baby due within the next month or two and were moved into a unit with an infestation. We sprayed our own bug spray and set traps, but this shouldn't be an issue in the first place for such a densely populated complex. Reading other reviews, it looks like this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS now.
