|Recommended: YesI have been here a few months now, so feel I can truly give a better review. Maintenance is outstanding, office is outstanding too. The apartment floor plan is perfect for me 1bed with den. Large compared to other apts. Price is better than other apts near here. It's close to everything. I live in a apt that hasn't been updated not my usual. But I still love how cozy it is. Let's get real It's It doesn't have all the bells and whistles I'm used to in an apartment. But it also doesn't have that super high rent price. But what it does have is everything thing I want and need in apartment. All of my friends and family who have seen the new place say they love it. I referred them to Stoneleigh because they too are tired of over priced super small apts that aren't safe.
|Recommended: YesPerfect Place — Couldn't be happier and blessed to have found this place. Our HOME
|Recommended: NoOffice Unresponsive — A C and numerous fittings broken upon move in. Office never picks up phone during business hours.
|Recommended: YesOlder Apts But Great Neighborhood — Maintenance is on it. Old appliances though.
|Recommended: YesNew Here — I have been impressed with everyone here at the apt. Like any new place there have been a few things. But staff has been amazing Toni and Jesse have went above and beyond. I don't remember the mangers names, but give me time I will. Great working with all of you. I feel safe for the first time in a very long time. I have been impressed with everyone I have met so far outstanding customer service and maintenance is great.
|Recommended: YesLive Here — Grounds nice buildings solid and quiet. Staff above average
|Recommended: YesI highly recommend. Quiet place. Staff is great. I have had a few small issues, maintenance fixes the same day.
I feel safe and at home.
|Recommended: YesLove The Apartment — Friendly neighbors, nice washer and dryer in laundry room, love the staff and when I had an issue they came in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesNice Place, But Really Loud Neighbors And Appliances — This is a nice apartment with really friendly staff, parking is available and staff communication is great too. Excellent amenities. We have some pest problems though they seem to be focusing on fixing this. But the walls are very thin. I hear my upstairs neighbor all the time, and usually get woken up 2-3 times a night if I forget to turn on white noise loudly. The worst is the constant grind of the opening and closing of the sliding patio door. There were also occasional shouting matches in the courtyard outside when I moved in.
|Recommended: YesHard Working Staff — The office and business staff work hard to be as responsive as possible in the midst of COVID. The maintenance team under Fernando can be very reliable. The grounds are usually well maintained although sometimes trash and cigarette butts are around. Traffic on Thousand Oaks is a problem and we're running out of parking, which is uncovered and unassigned. The residents are mostly very friendly and some even lookout for one another. There have been reports of car break ins lately but that's not commonplace. Residents have jobs or are retired. It is in a good location. The corporate owners, Churchill Forge, have a good investment here and would do well to invest a little more in in the staff and property improvements.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Live — Staff is nice and friendly. Grounds are well kept. If you need something repaired they are quick to get it fixed.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice — so far quite
|Recommended: YesMaintenance And Office Try Their Best, But... — It seems like the staff here try to be helpful kind of but corporate never wants to invest more money into anything. They select the cheapest contractors for everything, so nothing is ever done correctly. We've had someone on the roof about 4 times before the leak in our living room was fixed . And it still leaks sometimes. And the pest control company they use is SO unreliable, it's frustrating. Luckily we've only seen small roaches only a handful of times. Don't get me started on the grounds landscaping, though. It's lacking even the most basic level of professionalism. Things are overgrown, when it rains mud floods the sidewalks, and about half of the sprinkler heads are broken. We've just renewed because moving sucks and for the most part, the complex is quiet and friendly. What's sad is that this is probably the best place in our price range. Integrity is hard to find...
|Recommended: YesLittle To No Effort From Staff And Corporate — We have been waiting for months for a leak in our roof to be fixed. While it's not every time it rains, certain instances cause a drop to be heard in the ceiling. Our wall leaked and they sent maintenance to paint it with kilz. That's not solving the problem though Now they want us to renew. How about you get roofers who actually do something We've also had crap experiences with pest control but when we called to complain, the lady in the office was short and rushed me off the phone. We received no updates about any of our inquiries so communication is not great. Other than that we love it here. The grounds are lacking and often dirty but it's a quiet complex usually. I just wish it wasn't so glaringly obvious that corporate cares a lot more about profits than their residents.
|Recommended: Yes5 Star All Around — Yes, I find here to be a go choice to live. Excelent.
