|Recommended: YesI'm Really Happy With My Place — I'm very happy with my apartment and really feel at home here. The front office is so much better than my last apartment's--they NEVER answered their phone or returned calls. Whereas here they will answer the phone 9 times out of 10 during office hours. Maintenance kind of does a half-ass job, while the actual guy is pretty cool. I just wish he gave a bit more effort. I like the website as well, and very much appreciate how dependable the autopay system has been so far like by not just randomly turning off and causing my rent to be late . Overall I'm pretty happy here and not in a rush to move.
|Recommended: YesIt Alright For The Price — It is not perfect by any means, but it is good for the price. You can hear neighbors pretty well, and people are bad at picking up after their pets so I have stepped in poop one too many times.

|Recommended: NoDone With This Place — This maintenance in this place is horrible. They don’t know how to fix things. When they don’t even want to try, they tell you some lame as reason or excuse for things not working without even realizing that you know how to fix it, but it’s not your job. Admin staff takes FOREVER to respond back to any message or complaint, some of the ladies are nice and helpful, but they are very few.
|Recommended: YesBeen Here 2 Years, Plan On Staying — I love the layout of my 2 bedroom. Plenty of room. I love that it is a small community. Plenty of room to walk your dog. Close to everything. It's an apt, so of course you can hear your neighbors from time to time, but overall it's a quiet complex and they do make sure to end leases if you are regularly ticking off your neighbors. The maintenance guys are great, friendly and helpful. Downsides, the electric plugs are terrible no chords stay in and there is a real issue with people not picking up after their dogs but I guess that's everywhere and not really the apt's fault . It's a nice place and I plan on staying.
|Recommended: YesFriendly Homey Feeling Complex — These apartments are clean and the grounds are kept up with. Lots of space in the rooms for furniture
|Recommended: YesGreat Property Safe Area — The property is nice the amenities are really nice but the materials used in the apartments are clearly cheap. We saw evidence of termite damage on the outside rails and have soft spots in our flooring and worried that we will fall through the first floor but was told nothing can be done. Light fixtures and curtain rods just fall off the walls and took too long to get this stuff fixed. But that is pretty normal for apartment maintenance. The staff Toni or Angela are very nice and helpful. We love the layout, the outside space, and all the storage that comes with this size apartment.

|Recommended: YesReview — In the beginning it was a quiet place to live. Now with new neighbors, I hear everything. They are very loud and when they slam their doors, the whole building shakes. Better insulation would help. Also, on Monday mornings I am awakened very early by the sound of leaf blowers and other maintenance machinery. Overall though, I have few complaints.
|Recommended: YesIt Is Awesome I Love It — Very friendly community. Nice and quiet. Staff is super friendly and they are very helpful. I love that they don't mind helping us. This is my first appartment and i did not think it was going to be this easy.
